  • Evaluation of present and future competition
  • Research with local and overseas suppliers in order to identify destination trends and evaluation of existing guest and trade feedback
  • Evaluation of tourism arrival figures and future market trends.

Using the research data obtained, an initial sales and marketing feasibility study is prepared together with the owner’s team.
